In addition, she is also an award-winning hair color specialist, educator, and salon owner with over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. As a longtime L’Oréal Professionnel educator and artist, Kim is known for creating customized hair color and styles that enhance each guest’s natural beauty.

Specializing in color placement, dimensional blonding, gray coverage, and skin-tone analysis, Kim takes a personalized approach to every service. Her expertise lies in understanding how hair color, eye color, and skin tone work together to create the most flattering and effortless look for each client.

Passionate about education and committed to excellence, Kim combines technical skill with artistic vision to deliver beautiful, healthy hair and a luxury salon experience that keeps clients looking and feeling their best.

Diane been a hairstylist in Greenwich, CT since 1996. She specializes color, highlight, & cut hair. And also does body waves and perms!

Ashley has been an integral part of The Color Café since its inception, helping to shape the welcoming atmosphere and exceptional guest experience that define our salon today. As a dedicated Color Specialist, she is passionate about creating beautiful, customized color results that enhance each guest’s individual style and beauty.

Known for her attention to detail, warm personality, and commitment to ongoing education with colorists from L’Oreal Professionel, Bumble and Bumble, and Wella, Ashley takes pride in helping her clients achieve healthy, vibrant hair while building lasting relationships.

She is also certified in Cezanne Perfect Finish, a formaldehyde free smoothing treatment giving her clients frizz free hair without the chemicals all year long.

Working directly alongside Susan, she serves as her right hand by helping keep everything organized and running smoothly. She enjoys building connections and having conversations with clients while creating a welcoming experience for everyone.

Lauren has been with The Color Cafe for 12 years and she is an exceptional generalist. She’s an expert at haircuts and color making total transformations on her beautiful clients and forming amazing relationships.

Originally from Argentina, I am a hairstylist and colorist with over 25 years of experience. My specialties include color correction, modern color techniques, razor cuts, curly hair, smoothing systems, and trend-inspired styles. I am dedicated to creating personalized, beautiful results that leave clients feeling confident and looking their best.

With 12 years of experience behind the chair, Jodi is thrilled to be returning home to Greenwich and rejoining the salon community where her career first began at the Color Cafe.
After relocating to California in 2020, Jodi expanded her expertise by mastering beaded sew-in extensions and embracing the latest West Coast color trends and techniques. She later continued her journey in South Florida, where she refined her skills even further and built lasting relationships with amazing clients along the way. Now back where she started, she is excited to welcome both familiar faces and new clients into her chair. She specializes in beaded sew-in extensions, lived-in color, high-impact blondes, and long layered haircuts, creating customized looks that are beautiful, low-maintenance, and tailored to each client’s lifestyle! ✨💛
